These Booking Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all travel experiences sold by Eyeleveleye LTD, a UK-registered company trading as Esploro Travel ("we", "us", or "ET"). By booking a trip with us, you (“the Participant”) agree to the following:
1. Who We Are
Eyeleveleye LTD is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16628169) with registered office at First Floor, The Foundation Herons Way, Chester Business Park, Chester, United Kingdom, CH4 9GB, trading under the brand Esploro Travel.
We are a travel organiser covered by public liability insurance and insolvency protection, in accordance with UK regulations.
Our public liability insurance is provided by Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's (led by Aspen Managing Agency Limited, Syndicate 4711), via Jensten Underwriting (Commercial) Limited. Policy no. TO/7118/593931/2025, with a coverage limit of £5,000,000.
2. Booking & Payment
Your booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit (usually 30%) and you accept these Terms.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the trip.
If payment is not received on time, we may treat your booking as cancelled.
3. Cancellations by You
- Up to 60 days before departure: full refund minus a 7% admin fee.
- From 59 to 30 days: 50% of total trip cost retained.
- Within 30 days: no refund.
You may transfer your booking to another person at no extra cost, subject to our approval.
Specific cancellation policies may apply to certain expeditions depending on the destination. Any specific terms will be clearly outlined in the trip-specific itinerary and the final booking invoice, which will supersede these general conditions.
4. Cancellations by Us
If we cancel due to low participation or internal decisions, we’ll provide a full refund of all amounts paid.
If cancellation is due to force majeure (natural disasters, conflicts, travel bans, etc.), we will offer a rescheduled date or a credit. If neither is possible, we will refund minus any non-recoverable costs.
5. Changes to the Itinerary
We reserve the right to make changes to routes, activities, accommodation, or guides if needed for safety, weather, or logistics. Any significant changes will be communicated as early as possible.
6. Travel Insurance
All participants are required to purchase appropriate travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, activity risks, trip cancellation, and personal liability. We accept no responsibility for travelers without valid insurance.
Please note that while Eyeleveleye LTD holds public liability and financial protection insurance, this does not cover individual participants, and personal coverage is mandatory.
7. Responsibility & Risk
By booking, you understand that outdoor and adventure activities carry inherent risks (e.g. weather, terrain, wildlife, remote areas). You agree to participate under your own responsibility and release ET from liability except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Participant Conduct
You must:
- Provide truthful personal and medical information;
- Respect instructions from guides and staff;
- Use your own personal gear unless agreed otherwise;
- Be responsible for the safety and condition of your own equipment;
- Hold appropriate physical ability for the selected activities.
We reserve the right to exclude any participant who poses a safety risk or is not suited to the trip.
9. Use of Photos and Videos
Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may use images or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes.
10. Third-Party Providers
Some services (e.g. local guides, accommodation, transfers) may be provided by trusted third parties. While we select reliable partners, we are not liable for issues that arise solely from third-party errors.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.
