We love seeing the photos, videos, and stories you create during our adventures. Whether it's a whale breaching at sunrise, a windswept summit, or a shared dinner in the wild, these moments help bring Esploro to life and inspire others to travel more meaningfully.
By sharing content with us, you’re helping us tell that story. And we want to be transparent about how that content may be used.
1. What this applies to
This policy applies to all media (photos, videos, or text) submitted or made accessible to Esploro Travel, including but not limited to:
- Content uploaded or sent via post-trip forms, emails, or messages
- Content shared within trip-related groups or private chats
- Content published on social media and tagged with any of our official accounts (e.g. @esplorotravel, @esplorotravel.it, or any other verified handle operated by Eyeleveleye LTD) or our official hashtags
- Content submitted for contests, reviews, or editorial use
- Content created by guides, collaborators, or guests and shared for promotional use
2. How we may use your content
By sharing your content with us (either directly or by tagging us publicly), you grant Eyeleveleye LTD t/a Esploro Travel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license, with the right to edit, adapt, and sublicense your content — for use in connection with the promotion and communication of Esploro’s activities. This includes (but isn’t limited to):
- Display on our website or trip pages
- Sharing via social media (organic or sponsored)
- Use in email newsletters and editorial content
- Use in printed or digital materials
- Media outreach, partner features, and third-party press
- We may adapt or crop your content to fit various formats or platforms, while always respecting its integrity.
3. Credit & attribution
We always try to credit creators wherever reasonably possible, typically via your name or social handle. However, on some formats (e.g. Instagram Stories, ads, printed brochures), this may not always be feasible. If you’re a professional creator and require specific credit or licensing conditions, please let us know in advance.
4. Withdrawal of consent
You retain full ownership of your content. If at any point you prefer that we no longer use a particular image or video, you can request its removal by emailing info@esplorotravel.com
5. Privacy and personal data
Some submissions (e.g. post-trip reviews) may contain personal information. Content use under this policy will always comply with relevant privacy regulations.
6. Inappropriate or infringing content
We reserve the right to remove or decline any content that, in our opinion, violates the rights of others, breaches our Terms & Conditions, or includes inappropriate or offensive material. We may disclose your identity if required by law, or in the case of legal claims regarding content ownership.
7. Backups and responsibility
Please ensure you keep your own backups of any content you submit. Esploro Travel cannot be held responsible for any loss or corruption of original files.
8. Consent to appear in photos and videos taken by us
By participating in an Esploro Travel experience, you grant Eyeleveleye LTD (trading as Esploro Travel and any of its current or future sub-brands) the right to capture and use photos or video footage in which you may appear, provided they are taken during the trip by our team (including guides, content creators, or staff).
These images may be used for promotional purposes by Eyeleveleye LTD, the company behind Esploro Travel and its current or future sub-brands., including
but not limited to:
- Our website and trip pages
- Newsletters and social media channels
- Editorials, printed brochures, or press releases
- Online or offline advertising
We will not sell, transfer, or license these images to third parties outside the Eyeleveleye ecosystem.
If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify your guide or trip leader at the beginning of the experience. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
